Kingfisher Housing Association own, manage and maintain over 6000 homes in Hampshire, Wiltshire and Berkshire.

The majority of our properties are in and around the Basingstoke area. We house single people, families and the elderly in good quality homes at affordable rents to those in housing need.

In the Autumn of 2007 we established a dedicated Sales Team to sell New Build Home-buy (Shared ownership) properties.

With experience in land and property sales throughout the south, the sales team is headed up by our Sales Manager, Martin Heydon MNAEA.  Three Sales Executives complete the front line staff, comprising Sarah Walker who has been selling homes successfully in Basingstoke for more than ten years, Andrew Cave also with more than ten years experience in property sales in Andover, Newbury, Basingstoke and Bournemouth and finally Sean Warren with more than fifteen years experience in Southampton, Andover & Winchester.
